Of course, you still need to communicate with your guests about it beforehand. You should probably keep the food in its original, unopened containers until your guests are present. Also, there are some restaurants serve "kosher-style" food, such as traditional Jewish ethnic cuisine, but the restaurant may not actually be kosher. Also, you may need to provide disposable serving utensils.
